Experience

Justin is an associate attorney at the firm’s Annapolis office. His practice focuses on civil litigation matters to include premise liability, professional liability, automotive torts, and civil rights cases.

Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, Justin was an associate attorney with an insurance defense firm focused on defense civil litigation. Additionally, he has represented police officers during administrative hearings, in the Maryland trial courts, and appellate courts.

During law school, Justin served as a summer intern with the Department of Justice Antitrust Division. He also served as a member of the University of Baltimore Law Forum and completed an internship with the State’s Attorney Office for Baltimore County.
