Experience

Joseph is an associate in the firm’s Garden City, New York office, practicing in the areas of professional liability, New York Labor Law, construction defect, and general insurance defense matters.

Joseph has extensive experience conducting mediations, binding arbitrations, defending depositions, drafting both discovery and dispositive motions, appearing for court conferences and engaging in oral argument on motions. He defends licensed professionals, including doctors, dentists and attorneys, as well as corporations, in all phases of litigation.

Earlier in his career, Joseph worked as an associate at a litigation firm focusing on criminal defense, matrimonial and immigration matters, where he conducted several trials to verdict.

In his free time, Joseph is an avid gardener and runner.
