An accomplished and results-driven trial attorney, Partner Jeanie Ismay of the firm’s DC office has a history of success managing a variety of complex litigation. Her experience includes claims alleging traumatic brain and serious bodily injury, wrongful death, products and
premises liability, civil right violations, environmental violations, insurance fraud, property damage, and toxic torts, including carbon monoxide poisoning, mold, exposure to lead, and other substances. She regularly handles trials in both state and federal courts. Her practice also includes defending business clients before the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights. Jeanie utilizes her extensive litigation and courtroom trial experience to provide careful counsel to her clients facing complex legal claims.

Jeanie has spoken at conferences, authored articles, and has served on the Maryland Ethics’ Committee and board of the Maryland Women’s Bar Association. She has also enjoyed serving on the faculty of training for lawyers and claims professionals. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced with firms in the Baltimore area.
