Jason is a Partner based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., and Annapolis offices. Jason joined the firm in 2006. Jason has vast experience in all aspects of litigation and practices in the areas of premises liability, medical malpractice, prisoner litigation, professional liability, fraud, construction defect litigation, products liability, contract disputes, Title IX, and employment related matters. Jason’s career has been entirely dedicated to litigation. He has taken countless depositions, has argued hundreds of motions, has served as lead counsel in jury trials in various jurisdictions as well as bench trials and binding arbitrations, and has handled appeals in multiple jurisdictions.

While in law school, Jason served on Maryland’s Moot Court Board as the Vice President/Treasurer. Upon graduation from law school through 2006, Jason worked at a law firm in Baltimore, Maryland where he represented plaintiffs as lead trial counsel in various personal injury matters at the administrative, trial, and appellate court levels. Jason’s experience in representing plaintiffs during the outset of his career has helped make him an effective defense attorney because he has viewed claims from both sides.
