Experience

Erica is an associate attorney in the Virginia Beach office. Erica focuses her practice on the defense of skilled nursing, assisted living and long-term care facilities, physicians, hospitals, as well as other health care professionals. This includes complex civil litigation involving claims of malpractice, negligence, personal injury, and premises liability.

Prior to joining the Firm, Erica was an associate at a general litigation firm where she gained experience in a variety of practice areas, including business litigation, construction defects and disputes litigation, trusts and estates litigation, government and public sector litigation, medical malpractice, and risk management litigation. Erica started her career as an associate at a boutique law firm in Louisiana, where she litigated complex construction defects and disputes.

Outside of the office, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new places.
