Liz is a Partner based in the firm’s Rhode Island office with over 20 years of experience in civil litigation where she has focused on defense of personal injury and premises liability matters. She has handled a range of cases from inception up through appeal with success and obtained favorable results on numerous motions for summary judgment.

Past clients have included residential property owners, commercial property owners, general contractors, individuals and businesses in matters related to general negligence, automobile claims, construction accidents, negligent hiring, and property damage. She has also represented insurers in coverage disputes as well as pursuit of subrogation recovery efforts.
