Experience

Colin is Of Counsel in the firm’s Philadelphia office, where he focuses his practice on premises liability, personal injury, and professional liability defense. Colin has extensive experience taking and defending depositions of Plaintiffs, medical experts, and corporate witnesses and is well-versed in all aspects of discovery and motion practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Colin worked for a regional defense firm, where he represented corporate hospitality clients and corporate equipment manufacturers in matters involving claims of premises liability and product liability. He previously represented employers of all sizes in workers’ compensation litigation in Pennsylvania, developing and implementing strategies to reduce or terminate his clients’ exposure.

Colin received his B.S. in Geological Sciences from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. He completed a judicial clerkship with the 49th Circuit Court of Michigan before relocating to the Philadelphia area.
