Experience

Barry is an associate at the firm’s Annapolis office where he focuses his practice on civil litigation. Specifically, he represents clients in actions involving wrongful death, medical malpractice, motor vehicle torts, premises liability, real estate transactions, and contracts.

Prior to joining the firm, Barry practiced in an outside counsel capacity for a large insurance carrier defending premises liability and other third-party liability claims. He also has experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury and family law matters.

Barry is a native of Germantown, Maryland. While attending law school, Barry assisted the Climate Reality Project in a variety of areas including ensuring compliance with lobbying regulations and maintaining tax-exempt status as a non-profit organization. He also completed an externship for the Maryland Office of the Public Defender where he assisted indigent criminal defendants.
