KT Partner Alan Block wins for the defense on summary judgment in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Plaintiff, a former employee of a prestigious hospital, claimed to have been discriminated against on the basis of his age, race and religion, and also claimed to have been retaliated against for engaging in alleged protected activity.
In a detailed and comprehensive Memorandum Opinion, the federal court agreed with Mr. Block that our client did not discriminate and did not retaliate against its former employee. The Court dismissed the case in its entirety.
