Our trial team prevailed against Plaintiff’s claims that our client caused the ulcer, worsened the ulcer (an allegation shared with a co-defendant health care facility), and eventually resulted in the resident’s death. After receiving more than 4,000 pages of medical records, over $700,000 in claimed medical bills, and photographic evidence, and with consideration of our team’s compelling closing argument, the jury entered a defense verdict in favor of our client in just under 3 hours.
