Kiernan Trebach prevailed at the initial pleadings phase of a lawsuit involving our client’s food preparation methods that allegedly resulted in damages to a customer’s teeth and jaw. The court’s dismissal ruling followed Kiernan Trebach’s argument that plaintiff failed to put forth facts showing a breach of any duty by our client or that damages were attributable to our client.
