Experience

Josh is a Partner in the Firm’s Philadelphia office. He has over 15 years of experience litigating cases in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His practice involves defending clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small family businesses in matters involving large catastrophic loss, premises litigation, product liability, construction defect, and property damage.

Josh takes a personal approach in evaluating cases through all phases of litigation in order to develop creative and cost efficient strategies to obtain successful outcomes for clients, oftentimes through motion practice or favorable settlements. He takes great pride in ensuring that all clients are kept informed throughout the entirety of a case and works hard to develop and maintain client relationships.

Prior to joining the Firm, Josh was a Partner with a regional insurance defense firm where he defended individuals, corporations and insurance companies on a variety of matters including claims involving general negligence, premises liability, construction site accidents, and construction defect litigation.

Josh currently resides in Collingswood, New Jersey with his wife and three daughters.
