Congrats go out to Kiernan Trebach Partner Chris Jefford who received a defense verdict after a 6 day jury trial in Lowell Superior Court in a case where plaintiff alleged breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligent misrepresentation and violation of Chapter 93A (MA Consumer Protection statute) arising out of the design and installation of a geothermal heating and cooling system. After two hours of deliberations, the jury found in favor of the defendant on all Counts.
