Experience

Andy is a Partner based in the firm’s Annapolis office.  His practice focuses on representing clients in litigation involving premises liability, personal injury defense, contractual disputes, commercial landlord and tenant actions, and transportation matters in the state and federal courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia.  

Prior to joining the firm, Andy was an attorney at a large international firm focused on consumer financial services litigation. Prior to entering private practice, Andy served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Melvin R. Wright of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia from 2012 to 2015.
