Experience

Lori is a Partner in the firm’s New York office.  She has over 20 years of experience litigating cases and her practice areas include Premises Liability, Dram Shop Liability, Negligent Security, Product Liability, Property Damage, and Labor Law, with an emphasis on high exposure cases involving catastrophic injuries.  She has represented numerous businesses in the hospitality industry (including bars, restaurants, and nightclubs), concert and sporting venues, recreational facilities, entertainers, large shopping centers, religious institutions, and camps.

Lori is focused on providing her clients with high quality, cost-effective legal advice tailored to the unique facts and circumstances of each case.  She prides herself on her ability to evaluate the liability and damages issues in each matter, with a goal of determining the value of the case as early as possible and limiting potential exposure.  Lori understands the importance of proactively updating her clients as to any new developments in the case, and promptly responds to any inquiries that may arise.  Lori’s prior professional experience includes being a partner at a mid-sized insurance defense firm in Westchester County, New York and a founding partner of a small defense firm.  Lori resides in Rockland County, New York (a suburb located just north of New York City), and spends her free time with her husband and two children, and their Samoyed dog.
