Experience

Fred is Of Counsel with the firm's Boston and Hartford offices. His practice focuses on the areas of civil litigation and general insurance defense, including premises liability, personal injury, construction accidents, medical malpractice, dental malpractice, employment law, and employment discrimination claims brought under various federal and states laws including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967. Fred has litigated in state and federal courts in multiple jurisdictions.

Fred is also active in his community, serving on various boards, including chairperson for a human rights board for a local agency that services/supports individuals with disabilities. He is also President of his parish council and is a Hearing Officer for the Bar of Board of Overseers
