Experience

Joe is a partner in the Firm’s Boston office.  Joe has more than 35 years litigation and trial experience. His practice includes construction defects, jobsite accidents, products liability, wrongful death, commercial and business disputes, railroad, trucking and motor vehicle accidents, liquor liability, and premises liability. 

Joe represents insurers, companies, transit authorities, and individuals with the goal of providing high quality, cost effective representation.  He has tried cases in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire state courts, the Massachusetts federal court, the New York Supreme Court and at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and other state agencies. He has successfully argued cases before the appellate courts in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Prior to joining the firm, he served as head of the litigation group at the McCormack Firm in Boston.
